About Business and Professional Women of Charlotte County
Business and Professional Women (BPW) is an area nonprofit, non-partisan, nonsectarian, self-governing and member supported organization that helps to promote and foster the interest of business and professional women in Charlotte County, and to encourage future business and professional women of our
community through scholarships. We encourage networking amongst our members and bringing in other business and professional women to network. We provide programs to encourage members in personal, career, leadership development and to learn about issues affecting the area. Our major fundraiser for the year is the annual Whacky Whiffer Women’s Golf Tournament. The money raised is given in scholarships to young women in Charlotte County who are looking to further their education, but need financial assistance. To learn more about BPW, we encourage your to attend our monthly luncheon and visit our website.
